PollDaddy provides a large number of designs for the poll plus customisation on the site and also the ability to change the look via CSS. Good reporting although detailed reports on IP address and country requires the pro version.

Zoho Polls

http://zoho.com

Zoho is a very good polling tool but not customisable in terms of colours and background, so less flexible than PollDaddy.
