A Microsoft Access based multi-user database for logging and tracking public consultation responses was rolled out at a client's site in March 2009. Users were spread across Scotland. The number of different consultation documents that could be responded to, the number and comprehensiveness of responses and the number and variety of reports that were required, made this a complex but successful development
